No problem at all. Most of our customers are not home when we come. We just need access to your pool area. As long as we can get through a gate or side yard, we will complete the service and leave you a note about what we did. If we find anything that needs your attention, we will call or text you.

We recommend keeping weekly service year-round even if you are not swimming. Pools still need maintenance in winter to prevent algae and equipment issues. However, if you want to pause service while traveling or switch to every-other-week in winter, we can work with you. Just give us a heads up so we can adjust the schedule.

What if my pool turns green between visits?
