Our Services

We provide pool cleaning and maintenance services in San Leandro, CA and nearby areas. When you book a service with us, we will do our best to arrive during the scheduled time window. If something comes up and we need to reschedule, we will let you know as soon as possible.

You are responsible for making sure we can access your pool area during the scheduled service time. If we cannot access your property, we may need to reschedule and standard service fees will still apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have set up a recurring service plan with us. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is typically processed monthly.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, please make sure your pool area is clear of any obstacles and that your gate or entry is accessible. Let us know about any special equipment needs or pool conditions before we arrive.

If your pool requires chemicals or replacement parts, we will discuss these costs with you before proceeding with the work. You can choose to purchase the materials yourself or have us provide them for you.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance to protect both you and our team. We take great care when working on your property, but accidents can happen. Our insurance covers any damage that might occur during our service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool or equipment. If we discover any issues during our service, we will let you know right away.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

For green pool treatments and deep cleaning services, multiple visits may be required to fully restore your pool. We will provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

Changes to Service

If you need to change your service plan or adjust your schedule, just let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. For weekly service customers, we require at least one week notice for permanent schedule changes.

Ending Service

You can stop using our services at any time. For recurring service plans, we ask that you give us at least two weeks notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is kept confidential and is only used to provide you with service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any major changes, we will let you know by email or when we see you during service. The latest version will always be available on our website.
